Garlic Chicken Breast
4-6 Large, Thick Amish Chicken Breast
Keto Butta
Fresh Garlic, cut into thin slivers
Garlic Salt & Pepper
Creole Seasoning

Place chicken on a roasting pan.  Brush chicken breasts with Keto Butta (MCT oil).  Add garlic salt, garlic pepper, and Creole seasoning to taste.  Add paper thin garlic slivers to tops of chicken breasts.  Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until juices run clear.

Sweet Potato Pancakes
2 Large Baked Sweet Potatoes
3 Scoops Beverly Vanilla Muscle Provider (protein powder)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Scoops Keto Apple Cinnamon Hot Cereal or Instant Oatmeal
3 Egg Whites
Sugar Free Syrup
"I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Spray

Add 2 scoops of Keto Apple Cinnamon Hot Cereal to hot water and mix.  Add remaining ingredients except syrup and butter spray and mix.  Spray skillet with Pam and cook like regular pancakes.  Top with butter spray and syrup.

Enjoy these pancakes as breakfast or as a snack on a carb-loading day.

Loaded Sweet Potatoes
Bake Sweet Potatoes at 425° for 1 hour.  Cut open potato and add "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Spray, 2 tablespoons sugar free syrup, cinnamon, 2 packets of Equal or Splenda

Low-Carb Ice Cream
6 Level Scoops Keto Ice Cream Mix (I prefer coffee or chocolate flavor)
1 Cup Fat Free Coffee Creamer
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Egg Yolk
7 oz. Water
6 Packets Equal
1/2 Protein Bar (Detour), Chopped into fine pieces

Blend all ingredients except protein bar for 1 minute in a blender.  Start ice cream maker and pour liquid into spinning bowl for 20-25 minutes.  Sprinkle ice cream with chopped protein bar.  Enjoy!
