Testimonials

Rob Moesta is  a personable, sincere and compassionate therapist.  He has an amazing gift to connect with teens and adults.  He is working with my teenage sons with various issues (from anxiety to learning disabilities) and myself with depression and anxiety.  We have all come a long way in a short time!  Rob is always available when life gets a little too crazy!  He truly cares for his patients.  Thank you Rob! My kids and I enjoy talking and feel safe opening up our worlds to you!  -  Lori

Rob has been my therapist for the last 6 months.  I was suffering from anxiety and Rob taught me how to deal with my anxieties and control the panic attacks that I was experiencing.  From my very first visit, Rob made me feel comfortable with his kind and compassionate demeanor.  I don't know where I would be today without his guidance and help. Thank you Rob.  - Darlene

Rob is a very gifted therapist.  He offers the rare quality of human exchange that invites deeper healing and growth.  He is real as you wish to travel.  Do not be dismissive of Rob's non-aggressive personality.  He is deeply thinking and provides the right advice for every circumstance. Rob elevates his work to that of an "artist".  I am deeply privileged to be able to work with him.  - Teresa, late 40's

Rob has been one of the single greatest influences in my life. He has worked through many complicated issues with me and has stood by me through all of my life decisions. The connection with him is instant, and he makes our sessions feel more as if I'm talking to my best friend rather than to a trained psychologist. Rob has taken the time to explain to me the biological aspects of psychopathology and has ultimately led me to pursue a career in Clinical Psychology. I am now enrolled in an Abnormal Psychology course at the college that I attend, and it is extremely gratifying to realize that the techniques I am learning in my class are the exact ones that Rob has used with me in my sessions. I am no longer afraid of my anxiety because of the empowering tools Rob has given me that will help me cope with anxiety for the rest of my life. Over the course of the past four years Rob has helped me to think positively and to use my anxiety constructively.  He turned my weaknesses into strengths.  Rob Moesta has truly helped me to change my life around.  - Jennifer 19 year old

What I like about Rob is that he listens to all of the details, the whole problem.  Then he gives concrete  advice based on empathy, values, and effective communication.  He has helped my family through many troubling times throughout the last 10 years.  He is well worth the investment.  - 45 year old

Rob has been a miracle for my son. He gets right to the point and starts working on things right away.  No wasted time.  I think he has a genuine compassion for kids and a passion for helping them.  I wish I found him years ago, but better late than never!  Thanks, Rob! - Kara, mother of 15 year old

Rob was the only person who was able to reach my son, who was really headed down the wrong road.  He has a "family first" approach, which is focused on building relationships within the family so young people can learn effective ways to get their goals met. - Sharon, mother of 17 year old

I feel welcome.  Rob is someone I can talk to about my personal feelings and life plans.  Rob's friendly and a great psychologist who has helped teach me how to make friends and deal with tough situations in life. - Jonathan, 15 years old

I've never felt comfortable with other therapists, but with Rob, I feel like I can tell him anything.  Plus, he helped me to quit smoking weed.  - Cody, 17 years old

Rob is great person.  He is more like a friend, who makes his sessions fun.  I look forward to coming because he actually listens and doesn't talk to me like I'm a kid. - Kristie, 15 years old

I feel like I can let out my troubles without being judged.  After each therapy session I feel quite refreshed.  - 14 year old

Mr. Moesta is a very personable and energetic therapist.  He is one of the easiest people to talk to about anything.  He always makes me feel completely comfortable.  - Angie, 15 years old

Since I've been seeing Rob, I really feel more relaxed about every day things in life.  I have looked at the positive ends in life more than the negative.  Thanks so much, Rob. - Mike, 18 years old
