Let's set your goals after a comprehensive assessment of your current body composition and fitness level. I'll take your weight and measurements, do a body fat analysis, and a fitness evaluation. Such analysis will establish a baseline of which to monitor progress, as well as establish the foundation of a personalized fitness program for you.

 

I offer complete bodybuilding  contest prep, including:

  • diet

  • training programs

  • posing instruction

  • choreography

  • mixing music for evening show

 

 

Going the extra mile, along with hard work, got Dominic a 1st place win at the 2007 NPC Michigan.  He is now qualified for Nationals!
